Program Upgrades

All users of GPP Core Pack software will receive free program version upgrades for a minimum of 1 year from the date of initial activation. We will publish the latest version of the software on our website for you to download. This will mean that you can benefit from all future enhancements to the software.

Software Support

We will provide a support service to deal with any technical or installation problems should they arise. This service is provided initially by using our Frequently Asked Questions, then by E Mail if required. We will make every effort to deal with your problem as soon as possible.
